Our programs teach women the why's, when's and how-to's of eating real food and making smart lifestyle choices.  As a bonus, all of our programs provide information about detoxifying the body and how these techniques have historically been used in cultures throughout the ages to promote well-being and balance.  Our programs deepen body awareness so you can discover what a balanced lifestyle means to you.    Participants that are highly successful in our programs typically consider themselves "learners."  If you enjoy discovery, experimentation and the feeling of empowerment that comes from growing your mind then you will love our programs.

            3-Month Mind-Body SYNC

 

This short program is offered as a one-on-one in-person option at a time mutually agreeably to the health coach and participant who resides in the Asheville, NC area.  It is offered as a group program one time per year in the month of January.   It's perfect for establishing good eating habits and lifestyle goals, shedding a few pounds before a wedding, reunion, or other special event, and learning kitchen fundamentals for quick and easy meal preparation.

         Six-Month Pro-Aging Sync

 

This premium immersion program is offered as a one-on-one in-person option at a time mutually agreeably to the health coach and participant who resides in the Asheville, NC area.  It is offered as a group program one time per year in the month of January. Learn the practical and essential tools required to support your goals and lifestyle through every stage of life. From greens to grains you'll learn the why's, when's and how-to's of transitioning to healthy lifestyle habits while connecting with yourself and food in the kitchen.  This program also provides life coaching for all seven dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, vocational, intellectual, social, environmental and spiritual).  You'll discover how all of these dimensions are food for life too and how to create a more balanced and vibrant lifestyle.  You'll also learn about exercise and foods that are particularly beneficial for your blood type.

  SYNC Group Programs
