I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at lifestyle balance through the lens of all seven dimensions of wellness and how they are connected.  The ingredients that create vibrant living aren't just the food we eat, they are the physical, emotional, spiritual, vocational, social, intellectual, and environmental aspects of our lives working in concert together.  For instance, does stress at your job or an empty relationship cause you to overeat? Do you feel overwhelmed because you can't keep up with chores at home or with professional commitments?  Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising or cooking at home?  Are hormonal imbalances causing weight gain, mood swings or depression?  Being well-balanced is more than being disease free;  it includes having emotional and dynamic creative energy to pursue all of the things that add value to one's life.  Take a moment and imagine what it would mean to you to have that kind of energy, focus and creative freedom.  How would your life change? 

 

Getting started is usually the biggest obstacle, right?  That's why I created two short programs to reboot the body and revolutionize the way you think about food.  Food is your secret weapon.  Quarterly programs such as the 14 and 21 day SYNC programs set the stage for crowding out junk foods, cleansing the body and creating the internal space needed to have energy while also feeling peacefully balanced.  Because the programs are implemented in three phases, you can ease into new eating habits that will become the cornerstone for achieving your goals.   SYNC is the starting point to learn the why's, when's & how-to's of what good food can do for you.  Like I said, food is the secret and I will teach you how to use it.  Once you experience new energy, restful sleep, balanced body weight and the benefits of self-care, you'll be motivated to stick with it.  I will equip you with the tools and resources necessary to achieve a new lifestyle and so much more.  Want to know more?  Let's talk!  Click here.





Integrative Nutrition® Plate

The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet and teach you how to find what’s healthiest for your unique body!



Primary Food™

It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.


Bio-Individuality™

The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.


Crowding Out

We believe that by educating women as to the why's, when's and how-to's of making informed and intuitive food and lifestyle choices they can create a vibrant and sustainable lifestyle.  Simply put, our approach is designed to help you “crowd out” unhealthy food and lifestyle choices and "crowd in" awesome habits and food choices that make you feel great from the inside out.    

 


Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.  We call this "intuitive deconstruction of cravings."  Learning self-trust and refining and reconnecting to your inner intuitive leanings is very empowering and will help you understand your cravings on different level.
